Oliver Gristwood

Oliver is a Chartered Building Surveyor with accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and membership in the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Holding an honours degree in Building Surveying from Plymouth University, he possesses a distinct focus on house and building surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, and bank monitoring.

Oliver's has been a leading figure in his past few private consultancy firms aiding clients in the acquisition of varying types of residential and commercial property. Oliver's technical review and surveys have assisted his clients in navigating property transactions with great confidence. Oliver takes pride in providing thorough and detailed surveys and enjoys assessing the intricacies which each individual property has to offer. Oliver is known for having immense knowledge of building defects and remedial options. Oliver is recognised for providing clear and easy to understand advice to his clients when explaining the findings on a survey, which is why Oliver often receives multiple referrals for Building Surveys.

Oliver's expertise goes further including Party Wall services, having acted, and worked with some of the largest developers in the South and on prestigious central London properties. Along with completing bank monitoring works to innovative and award-winning projects in Hampshire and London.

Finally, whilst acting as a key member of the Survey Network, Oliver also retains the title of RICS Matrics Chair for Hampshire. This role involves supporting and developing the next generation of upcoming surveyors. Oliver's vision is to grow the outreach of the committee and provide wisdom to the next generation.
