As our Business Support lead, Freya manages the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling surveys to coordinating diaries and ensuring clients receive their reports promptly.
With a background in property and experience as an estate agent, Freya has a deep understanding of clients’ needs and concerns. Her commitment to delivering impeccable service means that clients have a direct line of contact to our surveyors, enabling clear communication and the opportunity to discuss their reports in detail.
Freya also works closely with directors Luke and Oliver, supporting them in the daily management of the business and helping to maintain the exceptional service standards we are known for. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and client-first approach make her an integral part of our team.
